About ZIP 89012
The 89012 ZIP takes in the southern part of Green Valley and the MacDonald Ranch hillsides, including Sun City MacDonald Ranch, MacDonald Highlands and neighborhoods around Horizon Ridge Parkway and Sunridge Heights.
Homes here range from 1990s single-story houses to large custom estates. The age of the original plumbing makes water heater and fitting failures common, and custom homes with flat roof sections and pools face monsoon and outdoor plumbing leaks.
